फाजिल्का, 04 जुलाई- फाजिल्का के रेलवे स्टेशन की तरफ से अगर मौहल्ला नईं आबादी इस्लामाबाद की तरफ जाएं तो मौहल्ले के मुहाने पर ही पीपल का पेड़ आप का स्वागत करता नजर आता है। दूसरी तरफ देखें तो किसी पेड़ पर हिरण और किसी पर फूलों के गुलदस्ते नजर आते हैं। ऐसा करीब 1000 फीट की इस रघुवर भवन गली में हरेक पेड़ पर नजर आता है। दो दर्जन से अधिक इस गली के पेड़ों पर विभिन्न जानवारों, पक्षियों, चांद तारे और तरह-तरह के लिखे संदेश नजर आते हैं। जिन्हें देखकर एक बारगी तो ऐसा महसूस होता है, जैसे पक्षी या जानवर पेड़ों से उतर रहे हैं, फूलों के गुलदस्ते हमारा स्वागत कर रहे हों। जी हां, ऐसी हकीकत कर दिखाई है फाजिल्का के इतिहासकार और लेखक लक्षमण दोस्त व उसके परिवार ने। जिन्होंने चार दर्जन से अधिक पेड़ों और बिजली के खम्बों पर सुंदर पेंटिंग की है। उन्होंने लोगों को स्वच्छ भारत अभियान, पर्यावरण और कला से जोडऩे व समाजिक बुराईयों से को खत्म करने का संदेश देने के लिए यह नायब तरीका खोजा है। इससे जहां रघुवार भवन वाली यह गली अन्य गलियों की बजाए अधिक साफ सफाई नजर आती है, वहीं लोगों में पर्यावीरण संरक्षण और समाजिक बुराईयों को खत्म करने का संदेश भी गया है। फाजिल्का के इतिहासकार लछमण दोस्त ने अपनी धर्मपत्नी व लेखिका श्रीमती संतोष चौधरी और बच्चों जन्नत, तमन्ना व विहान के साथ मिलकर करीब डेढ़ माह का समय लगाया है। वह रोजना करीब दो घंटे तक की पेंटिंग करते हैं। रेलवे लाईनों से लेकर फाजिल्का की ऐतिहासिक इमारत रघुवर भवन तक करीब चार दर्जन पेड़ और बिजली के खम्बे हैं। जिन पर यह सुंदर पेंटिंग की गई है। इतिहासकार लक्षमण दोस्त बताते हैं कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की सरकार की तरफ से देश भर में स्वच्छ भारत अभियान चलाया गया है, लेकिन इसके बावजूद अनेक लोग ऐसे हैं जो कूड़ा कर्कट या तो पेड़ के आसपास फैंक देते हैं या फिर बिजली के खम्बे के निकट और बाद में वह कूड़ा नालियों में चला जाता है। जिस कारण नालियां ओवरफ्लो हो जाती हैं और दूषित पानी सडक़ों पर पहुंच जाता है। इसके अलावा प्लास्टिक की थैलियां गलियों में बिखरी नजर आती हैं, जिन्हें पशु खा कर बीमार हो जाते हैं। इस गंदगी से अनेक बीमारियां फैलती हैं। पेड़ों और बिजली के खम्बों के निकट लोग कूड़ा न फैंकें, इसलिए पेड़ों के साथ साथ बिजली के खम्बों को भी पेंट कर दिया गया है। लेखिका संतोष चौधरी ने बताया कि पेड़ों पर जिराफ, बाज, मोर, तितली, हिरण, चिडिय़ा, सितारे, फूल और फल आदि के चित्र बनाए गए हैं। ताकि लोगों को पक्षियों और जानवारों के प्रति अधिक पे्रम बढ़े। इसके अलावा पेड़ों पर बेटी पढ़ाओ, बेटी बचाओ, जल बचाओ, पेड़ न काटने और पक्षी बचाने के संदेश देते हुए चित्र बनाए गए हैं। जबकि बिजली के खम्बों पर बिजली, पानी बचाने, सफाई रखने, बेटी पढ़ाने, पेड़ और पक्षी बचाने के संदेश देते हुए चित्र बनाए गए हैं। फाजिल्का के इतिहास पर दो पुस्तकें लोगों को समर्पित करने वाले लक्षमण दोस्त और फाजिल्का के लिए दो गीत लिख चुकी श्रीमती संतोष चौधरी पहले फाजिल्का की ऐतिहासिक इमारतों रघुवार भवन, बंगला और गोली कोठी को ऐतिहासिक इमारतों का दर्जा दिलाने के लिए एक माह तक आंदोलन कर चुके हैं। जिसके चलते पंजाब सरकार के पर्यटन और सांस्कूतिक मामलों के विभाग द्वारा इन इमारतों को ऐतिहासिक इमारतों का दर्ज दिया गया। पांच साल पहले यहीं से गे्रजूएटस वैलफेयर एसोसिएशन की ओर से सांझा चुल्हा और आनंद उत्सव की शुरूआत हुई थी। 2009 में 29 जून को छह गलियों में छह तंदूर लगाकर सांझे चुल्हे की शुरूआत की गई। वह बताते हैं कि अब उनका इरादा है कि रघुवर भवन के निकट सभी पेड़ों पर सुंदर पेंटिंग की जाए ताकि फाजिल्का की सब से पुरानी इस इमारत को देखने के लिए अधिक लोग पहुंचे। इसके अलावा वह इस मौहल्ले को शहर का सबसे अधिक स्वच्छ व सुंदर मौहल्ला बनाने की चाह रखते हैं।
