ब्रिटिश भवन निर्माण कला का अद्भुत नमूना रघुवर भवन

    फाजिल्का की ऐतिहासिक इमारत रघुवर भवन ब्रिटिश भवन निर्माण और वास्तुकला का उत्कृष्ट नमूना है। इसकी वास्तुशैली भारतीय, मुगलकालीन एवं ब्रिटिश वास्तुकला के घटकों का अनोखा संगम है। रघुवर भवन के उत्तर दिशा की और शहर की अंतिम छोर में स्थित मौहल्ला नईं आबादी इस्लामाबाद में स्थित है।

कारीगरों की हस्तकला की खूबसूरती को देखकर एक बारगी तो 21वीं सदी के भवन निर्माण कला माहिर भी दाद देते हैं। आलोकिक सुंदरता से भरपूर भवन की शोभा एक अचंभा है। बंगले के निर्माण के बाद निर्मित इस भवन की तर्ज पर आज की ग्रीन बिल्डिंगस तैयार की जा रही हैं। भवन के उत्तर दिशा की ओर मुख्यद्वार है।

आर्च कंट्रक्शन से सजे द्वार के ऊपर ओम रघुवर भवन लिखा गया है। इसके नीचे ठेकद्वार अंकित है। मुख्यद्वार के ऊपर हिन्दू देवता शिवजी का प्रतीक नाग अंकित किया गया है। जो हिन्दु वास्तुकला के घटकों का एकीकृत संयोजन है। यह हिन्दू मन्दिरों में भी पाया जाता है। मुख्यद्वार पर ही विजय और हर्ष का प्रतीक गुलाबी रंग के दो स्तंभ मुगलशैली की वास्तुकला को दिखाते हैं। सतम्भों पर बाहर से नजर आने वाली कलाकृति

मुगलकालीन भवन निर्माण कला और ब्रिटिश भवन निमार्ण कला के सुमेल को बड़े ही सुंदर रूप से दर्शाते हैं। इसके प्रवेशद्वार की एक मुख्य विशेषता यह है कि इसके स्तम्भों पर फूल और पत्तियां तराशी गई हैं। इसे तराशने वालों ने इतनी कुशलता से तराशा है कि मन प्रसन्न हो उठता है। भवन अपने आप में एक ऊंचे मंच पर बनाया गया है। इसकी नींव के प्रत्येक कोने से उठने वाली दीवारें भवन को पर्याप्त संतुलन देती हैं। गलियारे में दक्षिण की ओर शयन कक्ष है। शयन कक्ष के दाएं और बाएं के दो छोटे कमरे हैं। जिनके द्वार पूर्व और पश्चिम की तरफ खुलते है। भवन के केन्द्र में खुला हाल बनाया गया है। जहां सर्दी के मौसम से बचने के लिए चिमनी बनाई गई है। जहांं बैठकर आग का लुत्फ उठाया जाता है। चिमनी को इस ढ़ंग से बनाया गया है कि आग का धंूआ चिमनी के जरिए बाहर चला जाता है।

ब्रिटिश काल की तर्ज पर निर्मित इमारतों में ऐसी चिमनी मिल जाती है। उसके दोनो ओर दो कमरे हैं। जिनमें हाल से गेट द्वारा अंदर जाया जा सकता है। कमरे दिल्ली के लाल किले में निर्मित दीवाने-आम और दीवाने-खास की यादों को ताजा करते हैं। भवन के पीछे दक्षिण की तरफ  तीन कमरे हैं। जिनका दरवाजा दक्षिण की तरफ है। कमरों की खासियत यह है कि सभी कमरों को गेट के द्वारा मुख्य हाल से जोड़ा गया है। इनके बीचो-बीच घुमावदार 22 सीढीयां बनाई गई हैं।

जिससे कमरों की छत्त पर पहुंचा जा सकता है। कमरों की छत्त द्वारा मुख्य हाल की छत्त पर चढऩे के लिए फिर आठ सीढ़ीयां बनाई गई हैं। जिनसे मुख्य हाल की छत्त पर पहुंचा जा सकता है। मुख्य हाल के ऊपर चार गुम्बद सुशोभित हैं। इसका शिखर एक उलटे रखे कमल से अलंकृत है। यह गुम्बद के किनारों को शिखर पर सम्मिलन देता है। भवन के चारों ओर छोटे गुम्बदों की सख्या दस है। छोटे गुम्बद, मुख्य गुम्बद के आकार की प्रतिलिपियाँ ही हैं, केवल नाप का फर्क है। छत्त पर चढक़र चारों ओर नजर दौडाऩे से बाधा झील के हरे भरे वृक्ष, बंगला, गोल कोठी, ओलिवर गार्डन, रेलवे स्टेशन और शहर की अन्य इमारतों की शोभा को निहारा जाता है। कला के अद्भुत नमूने रघुवर भवन का भीतरी वातावरण हर मौसम में रहने के लायक बनाया गया है। उत्तर दिशा की तरफ मुख्यद्वार का निर्माण इस तरह किया गया है कि पूरा दिन भवन के हर हिस्से में रोशनी और हवा का तालमेल बना रहे। सर्दी के मौसम में भवन के गलियारे तक सूर्य की किरणें पहंचती हैं। भवन की मोटी दीवारों में 18 इंच और 36 इंच की ईंटों का प्रयोग किया गया है। दीवारों की चिनाई पक्की ईंटों, चूना और सूर्खी की गई है।

भवन निर्माण में बाखूबी दिखाने वाले कारीगरों ने भवन में ईंटों की चिनाई इंग्लिश और फलेमिश जोड़ से की है। भवन में गर्मी के मौसम दौरान ठंड और सर्दी के मौसम में गर्मी का अहसास होता हैे। भवन के कमरों में प्रकाश के लिए चारों दिशायों में रोशनदान लगाये गये हैं।

भारत-पाक विभाजन से पूर्व अंदाजन 20 एकड़ भूमि के विशाल आंगन में फैले इस भवन के चारों और बाग-बगीचा थे, जो भवन को आनंदमय बना देते थे। बाग के फूलों की महक, अनार, आम, अमरूद और मालटा की मिठास तथा हरियाली से वातावरण ही आन्नदमय होता था। रिमझिम बारिश के मौसम दौरान जब बागों में मोर नाचता तो मदमस्त मौसम का नजारा स्वर्ग बन जाता। कोयल की सुरीली आवाज और चिडिय़ों का चहचहाना कानों मेंं मीठे संगीत का अहसास दिलाते थे।

भवन के विशाल प्रांगण में फैले बाग के बीच दो कूएं थे। जिन्हें टिण्डा वाला कुआं के रूप में जाना जाता था। सेठ मुन्शी राम अग्रवाल का परिवार जब फाजिल्का में व्यापार के लिए

आया तो उन्होंने यहां भूमि खरीद की। जिसमें रघुवर भवन की इमारत बनी हुई थी। रघुवर भवन की इमारत सबसे पुरानी ऐतिहासिक इमारत है।

इस इमारत को विरासती दर्ज़ा दिलाने के लिए आंदोलन किया तब इसे पंजाब सरकार की तरफ से इस इमारत को विरासती दर्जा दिया गया,

   लेकिन किसी ने इस की सुध नहीं ली. जिस कारण यह इमारत अब खँडहर का रूप धारण कर गई है - LACHHMAN DOST FAZILKA-

Wonderful Sample of British Art Building Art Raghuvar Bhavan

    Fazilka's historic building Raghuvar Bhawan is an excellent example of British building construction and architecture. Its architecture is a unique combination of components of Indian, Mughal and British architecture. Located in the northern direction of Raghuvar Bhawan and located at the end of the city, Mohalla New Population is located in Islamabad. Seeing the beauty of craftsmanship of artisans, once the 21st century building art masters also appreciate The splendor of the magnificent building is a marvel of beauty. Today's Green Buildings is being prepared on the lines of this building built after the construction of the bungalow. On the north side of the building is the main gate. Om Raghuvar Bhawan has been written on top of the door with arch conventions. Below it is the contract door. On the main gate, the symbol of the Hindu God Shiva is mentioned. Which is an integrated combination of components of Hindu architecture. It is also found in Hindu temples. Two columns of pink color symbolizing Vijay and Harsh on the main gate show Mughal style architecture. The artwork seen from the outside of the columns is very beautiful in the context of Mughal-e-Ghumalikan building art and British building construction art. One of the main features of its entrance is that flowers and leaves have been sculpted on its pillars. Those who carve it, are so efficiently groomed that the mind is pleased. The building itself is built on a high platform. The walls rising from every corner of its foundation give enough balance to the building. There is a bedroom on the south side of the corridor. There are two small rooms in the left and right of the bedroom. Whose doors open towards East and West. An open hall has been built in the center of the building. Where the chimney has been built to escape the winter season. Where the fire is enjoyed and sitting. The chimney has been made in such a way that the fog of fire goes out through the fireplace. Such chimneys are found in buildings built on the lines of the British era. There are two rooms on both sides. Which can be easily entered by the gate. Rooms revive the memories of the junkies-mango and junk-specials built in Delhi's Red Fort. Behind the building there are three rooms on the south side. Whose door is south. The feature of the rooms is that all the rooms have been connected to the main hall by the gate. The 22 stairs have been made between them. The room can be reached on the roof. Then eight stairs have been made for the roof of the rooms to climb the main hall. Which can be reached on the main hall. Upon the main hall, four domes are decorated. Its peak is embellished with an inverted lotus. It gives insertion to the edges of the dome on the summit. The number of small domes around the building is ten. Small dome is the main dome-shaped copies, only the difference is the difference. Surrounding on the roof, overlooking the green trees of the lake, the bungalow, the round kothi, the Oliver Garden, the railway station and the other buildings of the city are hampered. The amazing atmosphere of art has been made to live in the atmosphere of Raghuvar Bhawan. The main gate is constructed on the north side in such a way that the lighting and air co-ordination in every part of the building is maintained throughout the day. In the winter season, the sun rays reach the corridor of the building. The 18-inch and 36-inch bricks have been used in the thick walls of the building. Masonry of the walls has been fixed bricks, lime and spell. Artisans showing the building in the building have made bricks of masonry in the building with English and Flemish Junk. During the summer season, there is a feeling of heat during the cold and winter seasons. Roses have been installed in the four directions for lighting in the rooms of the building. Spread over an estimated 20 acres of land before the Indo-Pak partition, there were four or more garden gardens of this building, which made the building joyous. The sweetness of the flowers of the garden, pomegranate, mango, guava and malta and greenery were the only environments. During the rainy season, when the peacocks danced in the gardens, the sight of a seasoned weather would become a paradise. Coil's melodious voice and birds of birds used to give a sense of sweet music to the ears. There were two wells between the garden spread over the vast courtyard of the building. Who was known as tinda wells. When the family of Seth Munshi Ram Agrawal came to business in Fazilka, he purchased land here. In which the building of Raghuvar Bhavan was built. The building of Raghuvar Bhawan is the oldest historical building.

When the movement was organized to give a legacy to this building, then it was given a legacy status by the Punjab government, but no one has appreciated this. Because of which this building has now become the shape of Khandhar
