Fazilka Ek Mahagatha

-फाजिल्का बसने से पूर्व बहावलपुर और ममदोट के नवाबों ने यहां कुछ छोटे - छोटे किले बनवाए , मगर उन की सरहदें सही ढंग से नहीं थी जब वट्टु और बहक परगना का आगमन हुआ तो उन्होंने सरहदें निर्धारित कर ली,
- 1844 में ब्रिटिश अधिकारिओं ने बहावलपुर के नवाबों से जगह का आदान प्रदान कर लिया और इस के बदले नवाबों को सिंध प्रान्त से कुछ जगह दे दी
-नवंबर 1884 में जब सिरसा जिले के दो हिस्से हुए तब पच्छिम का आधा हिस्सा फाजिल्का तहसील का था और 40 गावं डबवाली तहसील के थे जो फिरोजपुर के साथ जोड़े गए.

Before the settlement of Fazilka, the Nawabs of Bahawalpur and Mammadot built some small fortresses here, but their frontiers were not right when Wattu and Behak Pargana arrived, they set boundaries,

- In 1844, British officials exchanged space with the Nawabs of Bahawalpur and in exchange for this, the Nawabs gave some place from Sindh province

In November 1884, when Sirsa district had two parts, half of the western part was of Fazilka tahsil and 40 villages were of Dabwali tehsil, which were connected with Ferozepur.
