जिन की बदौलत हम चैन से सोते हैं, उन जवानों की कलाई पर आज बहनों ने राखी सजाई

भाई बहन के पवित्र रिश्ते को दर्शाता रक्षा बंधन का त्यौहार। इस त्यौहार में हर भाई को अपनी बहन का इंतजार रहता है और बहने भी भाईयों से मिलने उनके पास पहुंचती हैं। 

 मगर जो भाई सरहदों की रक्षा में दिन रात जुटे रहते हैं, उनकी कलाई खाली न रह जाए,

  इसलिए बहुत सी बहनों ने भारत पाक सरहद की सादकी पोस्ट पर पहुंचकर सीमा सुरक्षा बल के जवानों की कलाई सजाई।

सिर्फ सादकी बॉर्डर पर ही है पेड़ों पर चित्रकारी

फाजिल्का, 21 अगस्त: भारत पाकिस्तान अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सरहद के सादकी बॉर्डर पर रंगला बंगला फाजिल्का वैलफेयर सोसायटी की तरफ से पेड़ों पर कलाकारी करके देश प्रेम की अनूठी मिसाल पैदा की गई है। जो वास्तव में ही सराहनीय है। पेड़ों पर कलम के जादू से मनमोहक पेंटिंग करने वाले कलाकारों ने जहां अपनी कला के जरिए देश प्रेम की भावना को उजागर किया है, वहीं उनका वातावरण प्रेम भी अलग ही अंदाज प्रदर्शित किया गया है।

यह शब्द सीमा सुरक्षा बल के सैक्टर कमांडैंट रतन लाल बगडिय़ा ने सादकी बॉर्डर पर स्थित पेड़ों पर की गई आकर्षित कलाकारी को जनता के हवाले करते हुए कहे। उन्होंने सोसायटी के इस कार्य की भरपूर सराहना करते हुए कहा कि पेड़ों पर ऐसी सुंदर चित्रकारी पंजाब के किसी अन्य बॉर्डर के पेड़ों पर नहीं है। जिस कारण सादकी बॉर्डर दर्शकों को अधिक आकर्षित कर रही है। 

इस मौके पर सीमा सुरक्षा बल के द्वितीय कमान अधिकारी आर.एस. बोहरा, डिप्टी कमांडैंट सतीश दहिया, राहुल सिंह सहायक कमांडैंट, असिस्टैंट कमांडैंट राजेश रंजन ठाकुर, सब इंस्पैक्टर अशीश कुमावत, सब इंस्पैक्टर अभय सैणी और समाजसेवी लीलाधर शर्मा आदि मौजूद थे। इन पेड़ों पर लछमण दोस्त, उनकी धर्मपत्नी श्रीमती संतोष चौधरी, कृष्ण तनेजा व उनकी धर्मपत्नी श्रीमती विशु तनेजा, जन्नत, खुशी, तमन्ना और आयुष तनेजा आदि की तरफ से सुंदर चित्रकारी की गई थी।

इस कलाकारी को 70 हजार से अधिक लोग देख चुके हैं। इनमें पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान और दिल्ली के पर्यटक भी शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा हजारों की तादाद में पाकिस्तानी लोग भी इस चित्रकारी को देख चुके हैं। इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए सोसायटी की संतोष चौधरी व विशु तनेजा ने बताया कि पिछले साल भी सोसायटी की ओर से बॉर्डर के पेड़ों पर आकर्षित पेंटिंग की गई थी। इस साल भी पेड़ों पर रंगबिरंगी चित्रकारी करके उन्हें अधिक सुंदर रूप दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि पेड़ों पर जहां पशु पक्षी के चित्र बनाए गए हैं। इसके अलावा देश भक्ति पर आधारित कई चित्र बनाए गए हैं।

झूमर के बादशाह बाबा पोखर सिंह

झूमर दक्षिण पंजाब का मशहूर लोक नाच है। भारत विभाजन हुआ तो सांदल बार के इलाके में रहने वाले अधिकांश लोग फाजिल्का और जलालाबाद के इलाके में आकर बस गए। जहां उन्होंने लोक नाच झूमर की शान को बरकरार रखा और देश विदेश में इसे प्रसिद्ध किया। दरअसल विभाजन से पूर्व झूमर में पोखर सिंह और जम्मू राम का नाम काबिले तारीफ रहा है। विभाजन के बाद जम्मू राम गांव नूरशाह में आकर बस गए, जबकि पोखर सिंह गांव झोटियां वाली में आकर रहने लगे। यहां उन्होंने चिराग ढ़ाणी बसाई। पोखर सिंह का जन्म 15 अगस्त 1914 को मिन्टगुमरी जिला के गांव तूतवाली जिला मिंटगुमरी (पाकिस्तान) में स. पंजाब सिंह के घर माता केसां बाई की कोख से हुआ। पोखर सिंह के छह भाई थे तो सबसे बड़ा लछमण सिंह पंजाब विधान सभा के सदस्य भी रहे। आप बचपन से कुश्ती और मुदगर उठाने के साथ-साथ आप झूमर के बहुत शौकीन थे। आपकी शादी संतो बाई से हुई और आपके घर चार बेटे व पांच बेटियों ने जन्म लिया। बाबा पोखर ङ्क्षसह की मौत के बाद उनके बेटे कुलवंत सिंह लोक नाच झूमर के जरिए इलाके की शान बनाए हुए हैं।

           फाजिल्का में आने के बाद भी उन्होंने झूमर लोक नाच को प्रसिद्ध किया। बात 1967-68 की है। तब गांव लालो वाली के बेदी परिवार की ओर से भारी मेला लगाया जाता था और इसकी धूम दूरदराज के क्षेत्र में भी थी। स. लाजिन्द्र सिंह बेदी ने मेले में झूमर का मुकाबला करवाया। अन्य टीमें तो मुकाबले के पहले दौर में ही बाहर हो गई। मगर पोखर सिंह और जम्मू राम की टीम में कड़ा मुकाबला हुआ। मगर बाबा पोखर सिंह की टीम ने मुकाबला जीत लिया और उन्हें पुरस्कारों से नवाजा गया। कहते हैं कि जब महारानी विकटोरिया गोल्डन जुबली मनाने के लिए भारत आई तो बाबा पोखर सिंह ने झूमर में बोलियां डालकर उसका विरोध किया। पोखर सिंह ने विकटोरिया को जुगनी कहकर संबोधित किया। 26 जनवरी 1961 में प्रधानमंत्री पंडित जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने बाबा पोखर सिंह को सोने के तगमें से नवाजा। इसके अलावा आपने देश विदेश में अनेकों पुरस्कार हासिल किए। अब बात करते हैं झूमर की। पुरुषों द्वारा किया जाने वाला पंजाब झूमर नृत्य अविभाजित भारत के दक्षिणी पंजाब के शहर फाजिल्का का एक विशेष लोकनाच है। इसका यह नामकण झूम से लिया गया। घूमर नृत्य हरियाणा की युवतियों का लोकप्रिय नृत्य है, जो होली, गनगौर अथवा तीज जैसे त्यौहारों पर किया जाता है। घूमर नृत्य में जहां युवतियां, गोलाकार में झूमते हुये तालियां बजाकर एवं गीत गाते हुये यह नृत्य करती हैं। वहीं झूमर लोकनाच करने वाले गोलाकार घेरे में ढ़ोल की थाप पर झूमकर ताली बजाकर लगात्मकता के साथ लोकनाच करते हैं। झूमर के अंतिम चरण स्थिति में नर्तक दो-दो के जोड़े में तेजी से घूमते हैं। नृत्य के समय गाये जाने वाले गीतों में समसामयिक विषयों पर हास्य और व्यंग्य शामिल होता है। 

           

फाजिल्का प्रसिद्ध झूम नृत्य के गीत लोकपारम्परिक काव्यों पर आधारित श्रृंगार भाव से परिपूर्ण होते हैं। नर्तकों की वेषभूषा साधारणत्या सफेद होती है। यह लोकनाच तीन पड़ावों में होता हैं, एक धीमी ताल, दूसरा तेज ताल और तीसरा बहुत तेज ताल। कई विद्वानों ने इसे झूमर की ताल, चीना झडऩा और धमाल भी कहा हैं। यह लोक नाच खुली जगह, घेरे का आकार, अपने-अपने लोक गीत के बोल द्वारा ढ़ोल पर किया जाता है। इसकी शुरूआत धीमी और अंतिम में तेज व जोशीली होती है। इस दौरान जो भी गीत बोले जाते हैं। उनमें पशुओं, वृक्ष और प्रेमी के मिलने की तड़प का जिक्र ज्यादा होता हैं। (Lachhman Dost Fazilka)

फाजिल्का, 12 अगस्त: भारत की आजादी की खुशी मे देश भर में देश भक्ति की गाथा गाई जाएगी, मगर भारत पाकिस्तान की सरहद पर स्थित सादकी बॉर्डर पर आजादी की खुशी में पेड़ों पर अनोखा रंग करके देश प्रेम की अलख जगाई है। इस अलख को जगाने वाले बताते हैं कि देश प्रेम की भावना को किसी भी तरह से उजागर किया जा सकता है।

पैदा होगा देश पे्रम का जज्बा

पंजाब के सरहदी जिला फाजिल्का के दो ऐसे ही परिवार हैं जो अपनी देश प्रेम की भावना के साथ साथ स्वच्छ भारत परिवार और वातावरण प्रेम को अपने अलग ही अंदाज में प्रदर्शित कर रहे हैं। इन्होंने भारत-पाक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सरहद पर बने सादकी बॉर्डर के पेड़ पौधों को इस कदर देश प्रेम के रंग में उतारा है, जिनको देखने से देश प्रेम का जज्बा खुद-बा-खुद पैदा हो जाता है।

दर्शक होंगे आकर्षित

भारत पाकिस्तान की सरहद पर बसे फाजिल्का शहर में हर वर्ग और हर जाति के लोग एक साथ परिवार की तरह रहते हैं। जो आपसी भाईचारक सांझ, सदभावना का प्रतीक है। यहां के लोगों ने अपने इलाके को एक अलग पहचान दी है। इस पहचान में सरहद पर स्थित सादकी बॉर्डर की चौकी भी है। जहां भारत पाक के बीच रिट्रीट सैरेमनी होती है। जिन्हें देखने के लिए सैंकड़ों की तादाद में दर्शक पहुंचते हैं। गणतंत्र दिवस और स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर तो यह संख्या 60-65 हजार से भी अधिक पहुंच जाती है। पाकिस्तान की तरफ से पहुंचने वाली संख्य अलग है।

सादकी बॉर्डर को और चार चांद लगाने वाले परिवार फाजिल्का की हरफनमौला शख्सियत व इतिहासकार लक्षमण दोस्त व कृष्ण तनेजा का परिवार है। इन परिवारों की महिलायों सहित बच्चों ने भी इस कड़ी में परिश्रम करके सीमा सुरक्षा बल के सहयोग से सादकी बॉर्डर पर लगे सभी पेड़ों पर रंगों से की गई कलाकृति से उनको एक अलग पहचान दी है, सभी पेड़ पौधे देश प्रेम की भावना को उजागर कर रहे है। इन परिवारों की तरफ से पेड़ों पर देश भक्ति की लिखी इस इबादत को स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर आने वाले हजारों दर्शकों को अपनी तरफ आकर्षित करेंगे और उनके दिलो में देश प्रेम के जज्बे को पैदा करेगे। इतिहासकार लक्षमण दोस्त, उनकी धर्मपत्नी संतोष चौधरी, कृष्ण तनेजा व उनकी धर्म पत्नी विशु तनेजा बताते हैं उन्होंने सादकी बॉर्डर के पेड़ों पर देश भक्ति की गाथा लिखी है।

किसी पेड़ पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज तो किसी पेड़ पर देश के रक्षक जवान का चित्र अंकिंत किया गया है। किसी पेड़े पर राष्ट्रीय पक्षी मोर तो किसी पेड़ पर अन्य पक्षी और फूल आदि बनाए गए हैं। इसक अलावा सामाजिक कुरीतियों से सबंधित स्लोगन व चित्र बनाए गए हैं। जो बॉर्डर की सुन्दरता को तो बढ़ाएंगे ही, साथ ही यहां आने वाले दर्शकों को देश प्रेम से जुड़ी बातों के अलावा स्वच्छ भारत अभियान, पर्यवरण बचाने के लिए प्रेरित करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि इस सारे कार्य को मुकम्मल करने के लिए उनकी तरफ से रंगला बंगला फाजिल्का टीम बनाई गई है। जो अब तक वह 300 से अधिक पेड़ों पर रंगों से कलाकृति दिखा चुके हैं। इस टीम में बच्चों जन्नत कंबोज, खुशी, तमन्ना, आयुश व विहान का भी सहयोग है।
